We here at Mirage require professionalism and the utmost respect for our pilots and staff members, as well as 2 flights a month minimum requirement.

MIRAGE GOLD STANDARD

1. All pilots are to follow the MIRAGE Gold Standard Rules and the Mirage SOP

2. All pilots are to achieve 2 flights a month in order for their account to remain active within the FS HUB MCARS system. If you cannot make a flight, please contact your respective crew base manager. We understand things happen, and it’s life. Our leadership and crew operations team are here for you.

3. All pilots are to be courteous to others and staff members while conducting business within the Mirage ops discord channel and Mirage properties.

4. Mirage is a fun-filled aviation community, and we strive to keep it that way. Any negligence is cause for coaching and counseling, with 1st offense - crew base mgr coaching, 2nd offense - CIO DECISION, 3rd offense - dismissal

5. All staff and employees are required to have an email, a recommended Gmail account.
