ROLE: Crew Chief/Instructors/Trainers/Chief Pilot
DUTIES: Oversee pilots’ duties, training, and support within their respective base, restrict rules within the base, and enforce Mirage SOP POLICY, MIRAGE GOLD STANDARD. Direct communications to the MHM TEAM MGRS GROUP

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a active pilot status with Mirage Airways VA
50 hours of flight time in Flightlinq and/or Fshub
Must have previous VA experience or understanding about VA ecosystem(rules)

2 Mirage company routes flights minimum a month to remain active
DEPARTMENT: Crew Operations
ROLE: MHM TEAM MGR GROUP
(MIRAGE HUB MANAGER)
DUTIES: oversees the operational and strategic management of a hub and its pilots, which could be a distribution center, a co-working space, or a program center. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the hub, managing pilots, and optimizing processes to meet goals and objectives. Work among other Hub Managers to handle the management of Mirage Hubs nationwide. report directly to the MHM TEAM DIRECTOR 1 & 2

REQUIREMENTS
Must have 50 hours of flight time with Mirage Airways VA
Must be active in Mirage Airways VA Discord and have a weekly presence in the VA
Previous VA experience and similar VA ecosystem knowledge (rules)
good pirep history recorded in flightlinq and/or fshub
no suspensions
2 Mirage company routes flights a month minimum to remain active

ROLE: Networking Analyst
DUITES: designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots computer networks, ensuring efficient and secure communication across the Mirage Technica Network, provides support across the board from air, maintenance, and ground MSFS SUPPORT.

must be available through computer and mobile phone on discord. this is a mobile positon
have some flight simulator experience
